I love this melon, peachy leather. I only had a very small amount and really wanted to create something that shouts Summer Is Here!!!!! It's like a slice of sweet cantaloupe. Fold Over Mudcloth

I really have a thing for mudcloth this year, I have purchased a few pieces and each one is created so uniquely. I love that it tells a story in African and give us such rich material to work with. Sew It Is

Just got this lovely tote in the mail the other day, created by Yokoo who has an amazing shop at www.yokoo.us When she first posted the picture of her new line of tote bags I knew I had to have one. Chocolate Peanut Butter

So, this lovely tote was once a couch. I love to work with recycled leather, lay out the pieces on the floor and let my imagination go to work. The leather I have is so limited and I am unable to mass produce but I think I kind of like it that way. Thankfully I had enough of this peanut butter leather laying around and was able to make the straps. I am in love with the chocolatey brown leather and the richness of it.
